Dime Building LAZ Parking

Booked a monthly spot on spot hero, got to the garage and the attendant was MIA. After waiting for 10 min, the attendant showed up. I showed him my reservation and he said they were not accepting monthlies. Completely unhelpful and wrong to advertise and sell monthly spots without having them available.

This garage overbooks their spots. It’s not worth making a reservation in advance. I showed up with a paid month reservation I had made a week prior and was told that they are “out of space.” The attendant wasn’t helpful and it took over 30 minutes of waiting to get someone on the phone to confirm that it wasn’t a mistake and they purposefully oversold their spots.

Parked here for a month. Horrible experience. I had to wait for 2 hours because “we lost the keys to the car in front of you”. I had to finally call the cops before they gave me back my car. The parking attendant is hardly there.

Just got a monthly here. Miguel is a great, and the staff is both courteous and thoughtful.

Good place for electri vehicles for charging. Super fast charger available.
