Dime Oil Co

I’ve been using dime oil for the last 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. Their pricing is always fair and they offer breaks when ordering over a certain amount. Their customer service reps, especially Stephanie, are always extremely helpful and kind!

Dime oil is great! Highly recommended. They have price breaks at 100 and 150 gallon deliveries. Business and residentantial. I ordered and the delivery was the same day. Customer service is very polite.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered oil at 10:00am on a Monday. On Thursday that week they said I was on the list for delivery early that morning nothing came, nothing came Friday. Customer service reps extremely rude . Especially Amanda and another woman. They knew I was close to empty. Responses Like: they will get to you when they can, driver isn’t coming in until the afternoon. There’s nothing we can do. Didn’t care if we had oil or not. There will be a day you all will need help from someone and I hope they treat you the same way you treated me.

When a company says they do not accept CASH or a check beware wary. Dime Oil is just that sort of place. In calling around checking prices, I placed an order with Dime Oil for 5.30 a gallon. Dime insisted on a credit card for payment even though I would be home at the time of delivery. That raised my eyebrow, as the other oil co's i deal with accept either cash or check, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, I proceeded with the order and gave my CC information. Oil was delivered a few days later. Something told me to check the transaction, so I go online and look at pending transactions on my CC acct and noticed it was $45 higher than the agreed upon price. I reach out to Dime to inform them I had been overbilled and asked that they refund me the difference. After going back and forth

Customer service representative is very unreasonable for a new customers concerns. I called to be educated on the amount of oil needed I’m new from NY to CT and this representative made me feel like I was dumb or something. Aren’t they there to guide and inform their new customers of the amounts of oils needed or what’s best to look for when ordering oil. I would never recommend Dime oil to anyone.
