Just finished a trip to the Dominican Republic booked through dimecuba - an American citizen and a Cuban citizen. I did it all virtually (email and phone) and Lisandra was very helpful, informative, and readily available. Was always there to answer my questions and clearly laid out the cost, process, etc. She was both professional and personable. I would recommend this trip to others.

I ordered solar panels in April. They were finally delivered in October. I was given a refund in shipping fees since the items weren't delivered by Sept. 20th. However, I had to write a negative review here in order to get the promised refund of shipping fees. I have edited my review since the panels have been delivered and the shipping fees were refunded, but my problem is they should not have promised delivery in 30 to 45 days if they couldn't accomplish it.

The process was simple and the staff was friendly and personable. Hoping my shipment gets there as promised! If so, will definitely use them again!

If I could give no stars I would. You pay for recargas that are on the website but your family members receive something different. Called customer service to get this resolved and their reps are a joke. Extremely unprofessional, no work ethic and don’t even speak English. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told no. Reps hang up on you, laugh at you and put you on hold without permission. Avoid this company they take advantage of their customers.
