Dipaola could not have done more to further exceed my expectations! They coordinated a complicated a multiple furnace upgrade project for my elderly father. And there were necessary changes along the way which never became a problem. The employees were conscientious, timely, friendly and did clean, professional work. And it was all within the reasonable budget! I can't recommend them any higher.

Everything was out of stock - not their fault - but they kept me updated for when each part came in and scheduled me the next business day once everything had arrived. ALL the men who came to install the mini split system over 2 days were EXTREMELY personable, knowledgable, efficient, and respectful. They cleaned everything up after they were done even when I told them I would handle it. The inside units and outside hoses look amazing - not just a jumble of tubes. They even dealt with my difficult neighbor as well as my weird hidden crawl space they uncovered. I've used DiPaola's after acquiring a home with a geothermal heating/cooling system upon recommendation of several friends and acquaintances in the area. Luckily for me, I listened. They have been nothing short of super responsive, communicative, and profession in maintaining one of my two existing furnaces as well as replacing one. When one geothermal furnace went down on the hottest day of the year this year (of course) they were out testing it to see if it could be repaired WITHIN 3 HOURS. A DiPaola team and I mean a whole team of people showed up for the new geothermal install, not just a couple techs and their apprentice which I've experienced elsewhere. I recently purchased an old home with oil heating that had to go. Joe and his team are excellent at what they do and the entire project took a day (instead of two) to complete. Joe was in contact during the entire process and followed up after the project was completed. The install team was awesome and they had the system up and running within hours. They ensure you have the correct information regarding running the system and answered any questions about the system before leaving. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure.

Hot water tank went. Called these guys at 3:30pm, spoke to Melissa who was beyond helpful. She sent out a technician, named Zac who was friendly, professional and awesome. Zac arrived at 4:30pm, checked out the job, snapped a few photos, got a supply list together and reported back to Melissa who squeezed me onto an already booked schedule for the following day. Adam and Ty arrived at noon. It was raining, windy, chilly, and this job absolutely sucked for them because of where the tank was and all they needed to do, but they were fantastic. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and remained positive and upbeat while they removed the old tank, replaced & reconfigured some of the old original plumbing, installed the new tank, and like I said, all while in the cold wind
