Absolutely LOVE the work they did! Our pool looks like a resort!

Save yourself a lot of headaches and aggravation and go somewhere else. Communication with this company is a nightmare. We were supposed to have our pool installed in June 2020. When I started calling about when they would be here, they kept telling me two weeks. Every two weeks I would call and they would tell me 2 more weeks. They strung me along until the end of August and I was notified by them that there was a problem now with the manufacturer and that they had "no idea" when my pool when be installed. I called the manufacturer directly and they told me that the pool was not ordered until the beginning of July and that they were 16 weeks out for delivery, but R & R told me they had no idea when it would be here. The pool itself is nice but the concrete finish is very poor. There's low places and flaws. The expansion joints have no rhythm or reason. Customer satisfaction was not their policy for us. There was very little communication and the pool was not installed as quoted. Very disappointed.

i have NOT contracted this company, but i have a neighbor that has and after watching this company's work ethic, if i ever needed a slab of concrete i would go with this company. after working a 12 hour day the client was not satisfied.. the owner Ralph came back after 12 hours and completed the project to the clients desire/ two thumbs way up for this company
