Thank God for honest business owners and contractors here in our community. I want to give a huge thank you to Diplomat Plumbing, Mike Leblanc the honest owner that came out after @mvp_plumbing_company gave me a bogus estimate and diagnosis of over $5,000‼️ for a simple clogged toilet. It’s disheartening for homeowners who don’t know what they don’t know to come across dishonest contractors -thankfully that did not happen to me today. Do your homework and do your research. I can't say enough about Diplomat Plumbing. Our house had a leak in the slab and time was of the essence as it was getting worse day by day. I had numerous plumbers come out to inspect the issue and leave saying I would have a quote by the end of the day or the next day. None of that happened. I called Diplomat Plumbing, Mike and Jonathan came out the next morning, inspected the issue, spoke with us about our options and said I would have a quote by noon. I had a quote within an hour. Mike assured us that he could put a team together to start the job the next morning and that is exactly what happened. Jonathan and his team were polite, friendly, courteous and jumped right in. We’ve hired many plumbers over the years, Diplomat Plumbing was, by far, the absolute best experience we’ve ever had. We would recommend them without any hesitation. Pleasant, professional, and fairly priced; Mike and Jesus, and Jon spotted the problem, fixed it, and saved us a ton of money.

I called Diplomat Plumbing and they responded within minutes. In addition, they sent technicians to my home who responded within one hour. They diagnose the problem and realize that it was not a plumbing issue it was an issue with my washing machine. They were professional and did not charge me for the service as it was something they were unable to fix.This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they were honest, not charging me for a consult or services that I did not need. I have found it difficult to find honest companies in the past. I will continue to recommend and use Diplomat Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs! Five stars across-the-board!!

I have referred Diplomat and Mike to my neighbors and family but he either postpones an appointment for months, with no intention of coming or doesn't even return calls. Not dependable except when I bought the first water heater. Not now. I don't reccommend Diplomat at all.
