Casey exhibits excellent customer service skills. She also seems very knowledgeable about plumbing. She searched through the different types and threads of connectors to help me resolve an unusual and difficult plumbing issue. Good job Casey!

Have shopped previously years before, when I was self employed. I went to Newhall Ranch store today and purchased $440.00 of supplies. Seemed expensive. I went to true value store afterwards and found the same 1/2” 45 copper fitting for $2.39. Ferguson charged me $4.93. I also purchased a Moen shower valve with trim at Ferguson for $233.00. I then went to Lowe’s and purchased an upgraded Moen shower valve for $145.00. Needless to say, I returned everything I bought at Ferguson’s I guess if you don’t have an account with them they charge you list or I don’t want your business price. I ended up saving $200.00 by purchasing elsewhere and upgraded my parts. Buyer beware !!!

Unbelievably disrespectful customer service. First I will say that they have a very good selection of parts. Second I will say that the following does not apply to all the employees who work there (for instance the person who took my order-for a part they didn't have in stock- was helpful and polite) I placed an order for a small atypical part with them because I like supporting small businesses. But along with that usually goes delightful customer service (like I experienced when I placed an order this most recent time) After waiting a week I returned to the store and got in line to have the person in front of me called but then have someone else "jump" in line in front of me with this particular employee at the register. The employees at this store are incredibly rude and not helpful at all!! I first called and asked about certain products and they said no problem go to the store and they can show you different models and order whatever you like. I drove all the way there for the guy behind the counter to say no I’m not going to bother to help you. He said I would have to have a mode number for him to look up on his computer. I’m not a supplier of touch less paper towel holders so how would I know a mode number. He was too lazy to look for something that the company supplies and wants the customers to do his work for him. He was sooo rude I will never go back there or use Ferguson plumbing for my business. There are plenty of other great plumbing companies out there who treat customers with some respect.

Had a refrigerator line valve I needed that home depot didn’t. Well, a Home Depot associate let me know about this place. Would come here again in the future to buy some more valves.
