They moved us from Peoria, AZ to Murrieta, CA. The crew was professional and very friendly. They did a fabulous job loading our belongings. The truck showed up on time for delivery. The crew on the delivery end was just as professional and friendly. They were very careful to unload our belongings and place them in the proper rooms. I would recommend the driver Sean without hesitation. He was the best. Kudos to his work ethic and his crews.

They did all the heavy lifting (literally and figuratively!) and made our move much less stressful than we'd anticipated. Their entire staff were professional, efficient, and thorough in their roles. Starting from the sales and planning process to the loading, transporting, and unloading efforts, the overall experience was excellent. We especially appreciated their proactive efforts to keep us informed throughout the process as well as quickly responding to all questions we had along the way. Best of all, there were ZERO hidden or extra charges! The quote we were given after our initial meeting and walk through was exactly what we paid in the end! Highly recommended!

We had used this company before for a cross-country move and had a good experience. The second time around we were not so lucky. I enjoyed working with the original moving consultant. He was very informative and quick with responses to questions. Our moving coordinator was hit or miss. Some questions were left unanswered and the response time varied, sometimes she did not answer us at all. The day of the original move and pack was pretty seamless. We felt that the team was professional and careful with our belongings. When we arrived at our new home (across the country) we were shocked to see that our belongings had been moved into a much smaller truck. We were never informed that this was a possibility. Apparently this is the case when you move into a downtown apartment in a busy area

My experience with Dircks Moving was fantastic. They coordinated an out of state move with Mayflower Moving. No issues, great service, great price. I would recommend to anyone (and have already given info to my bestie who is also moving out of state!).
