Frank and his crew did an excellent job! We have a 200yr old home and Frank has worked with us on several separate projects to restore and maintain the structure. We first hired Frank to clean the 5 chimneys last fall. He and his crew then returned this past August to replace the roof. 5 separate peaks and a large flat roof section. This was a large and complex job and Frank worked through each unexpected issue with us. Frank is reasonable and willing to work with you to incorporate small projects into a larger project. Completely trust Frank and his crew to do the right thing.

Had them do a inspection prior to the winter season as preventative maintenance. The found some issues, provided a very staight forward repair path to repair some damaged shingles, damaged gutter mounts, and cracked chimney cap. They did the required coordination for contractors to perform the repairs in a timely and quick manner. Will likely use again next season.
