Korab, the owner of Top Choice Construction , ( which is misnamed - It should be named LOW CHOICE Construction or POOR CHOICE Construction ) was hired to repair deteriorated walkway joints and replace and install outdoor steps leading to the front door. 1) He came and went as he pleased, ignoring the days he said he would do the work 2) If he showed up , he worked a couple of hours on a good day , then hurried off to another job 2) Shortly after the job was finished , the material in the joints of the walkway began to crack and fall out3) I called Korab, who said,” I will be there Friday?” but never showed. I called and txted and he gave me another date, and another date but likewise never showed. Finally several months had passed and he came and sloppily redid the joints with a ligh

Editing - theres a part of my bedroom ceiling that leaks every time it rains. Not a good job done on the roof after all. (Old review— )This was the best experience we ever had with a contractor. The transaction was smooth beginning to end. Korab is such a nice person, so easy to work with and very responsive. Even his team were every respectable of our property and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. They did a great job replacing our roof and we look forward to more jobs with them to come. Top Choice Construction is very professional and clean. The staff is always happy and smiling. The workers are more like friends than contractors. The owner is always courteous and pleasant and always making sure I am happy with work being done. If I feel something should be changed he makes sure the changes are done immediately. I must have change my mind a dozen times. It did not seem to bother them at all. Everything is so beautifully done. I get so many compliments on the jobs done by Top Choice. I can't wait for them to do another project! I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends!!
