I walked in to their showroom on a Tuesday afternoon. Steve greeted me and asked how he could help me . I told him my budget and I found a carpet I liked . He got the measurements and set the appointment for installation. Rebecca did awesome in communicating with me . Love both their personalities and welcoming attitude. Tony and Seth did a fantastic job installing the carpet. They were professional prompt and went above and beyond. I am so satisfied with their job . I would highly recommend using this company for all your flooring needs.

We had the best experience with direct carpet. After getting several quotes we went with Tommy and his team because of how personable and accommodating Tommy was. He was great and patient with all questions and helped us to visualize things and know what to expect. He's so friendly and in your corner. Their guys did an incredible job, we loved our new upstairs flooring so much we went back to get more on the whole bottom floor. Pricing was great and very competitive, even for the very nice flooring we chose. The work was spotless and we felt everyone cared about us from start to finish. We used Tommy and Direct Carpet last year. Very easy to work with and in fact he tried to sell us a cheaper carpet that looked similar! He sources various brands and help us lock in on exactly what we wanted. We just had a water leak at the house and needed to carpet relaid and pad replaced and they were able to schedule with a few days. Very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend!

I cannot say enough about this company and Tommy. We have had two separate flooring projects done by them in the past. Both experiences were awesome! Over time, one of our T Moldings started to wear from multiple times the dogs ruined it. The original purchase was back in 2016 and my husband and I were worried that we would not be able find a match. Tommy originally thought that we could find something close, but said "I'll do my best to find the right match". He warned me that it may take awhile, and it did, but we were ok with it. I just picked up the T-Molding and it is a perfect match! We've had Direct Carpet install carpet and flooring on at least 3 separate occasions over the past several years and were always impressed with their product and service. That ended in late 2024/early 2025 when we called with a request for a small repair job on some flooring they installed (not their fault) and and a quote for some new carpet for a bedroom. We never heard back on the first call. We spoke to the owner on the second call who said he would be back to us ASAP. Crickets. We called again and he was surprised no one contacted us and assured us we'd hear from his wife ASAP. Crickets. We called again (this is call #4) and got the same story about his wife or niece calling us. Guess what? Crickets. Business must be booming if you can turn it away. We'll find another solut
