Direct Electric Company

Yesterday, December 2, I contacted Direct Electric Company as I had some power out at the house dealing with my electrical box. So I contacted this company and they sent over a representative. His name was David. David is an awesome guy. He listened to my story once he got here and he explained to me what needed to be done and he did it in a timely manner. I give these guys five stars based on the fact that they were pretty fast in response, David knew exactly what needed to be done and he got it done in a short amount of time.

Excellent company to work with, responsive, transparent, and very fair pricewise. David was my technician, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to clearly explain everything. I feel very lucky to have had such a great experience with an electrician on the first time. No need to look any further, will be using them for future needs and will definitely be referring Direct Electric Company to others!

Aidan Lange was our technician who installed a gable fan. He was prompt and very professional. He explained everything he was doing. When it came to installing the app on my He went step by step for the install and explained in detail the workings of the app and how to change the settings if needed. Their service man was polite, listened to the issue before jumping to what needed working on. Then worked safely and quickly to complete the job. Braided on out interaction and service I would use them again.
