Direct Flooring a a great place to get carpet or tile. It’s a family owned establishment not a big box store. They go that extra mile to ensure that you are satisfied. Jeff and James at the store are extremely nice and friendly. We’ve purchased multiple items from the store and they always are there to help make suggestions and give you a fare price. There is another James there whom installs tile and carpet. He and his team do excellent work. They show up when they say they are going to. Do great job with installation and they make sure everything is cleaned and our expectations are met. They even help move some furniture. I will always go back to Direct Flooring rather than going to a big box store or one of those corporate decor stores.

They have been detailed, focused, communicative, educational, on time, and delivered a quality of work anyone would appreciate! We have had our share of bad vendors. Great experience from start to finish! Friendly, professional service and a great selection of flooring to choose from. I was able to bring samples home to see how they looked in the room before deciding. The communication was excellent in regards to scheduling the installation and James and his team did a fantastic job. I absolutely love my new floors and am so glad I chose Direct Flooring. Highly recommend!
