Direct Flooring

I am writing to share my feedback regarding the floor refinishing work recently completed at my home by Matt Sinatra and the team at Direct Flooring. I was particularly impressed with Matt’s punctuality for all appointments, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the professionalism he displayed and the quality of the workmanship were outstanding. I had the solid wood floors of my entire first floor refinished; the team was very neat, and the final results look excellent. Matt was also very accommodating and willing to work with me on any requests for changes throughout the project. Finally, the pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend Matt and his team for any floor refinishing or replacement needs.

I would like to share my experience with this company. I had placed an order for approx. 6,000 sq feet with Tracey. She was able to source samples and over night them directly to my door step. With many changes last minute, she was able to accommodate all of my request without hesitation. Her install team were very responsible and arrived on time every day, and even worked after hours to meet our deadline. I will 100% be reaching out to Tracey and her Team for any future installs. Howie provided outstanding customer service. He was responsive and professional in all our interactions. He helped us select the right products for our new home and ensured timely installation. Installation crews did a beautiful job. We are extremely pleased with the results.
