Direct Inspections

I refer home buyers to Chris Dollman of Direct Inspections because he is the MOST thorough and trusted inspector that I've worked with over the process of assisting over 50 home buyers in the last few year. Chris isn't always available when my clients and I need him (simply due to the occasionally shorter inspection windows), but he always tries to accommodate us and fit us in. Relief for me when he can because I'm assured that we'll have an inspection that we can fully trust.

Chris was fantastic. I hired him to inspect a home i had made an offer on. He was early to the home and had already started looking around. He kept my sister and i informed as to what he was finding. After he inspected the crawl space he came in and sat down to tell us thst we would need to a structural engineer to look at the foundation etc. He was honest snd upfront with us. What he did find was mote than i wanted to take on so he said he could stop now and not charge ne for the entire inspection or continue. But we decided to stop. He did not charge for the full inspection and i truly appreciate. I truly appreciate someone this honest and i highly recommend him. I will not hesitate to use his services again and as soon as i find another home i will most definately use his service

Chris went above and beyond in being considerate of us first-time home buyers. He answered any questions we had, and allowed us to walk through with him. When the main sewer line had an issue, he immediately told us and asked if it was a deal-breaker (which it was), and ended the inspection there to save us some money. I highly recommend him as a courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and understanding inspector who is looking out for the buyer.

Chris was professional and took the time to explain why his findings at our inspection was urgent, important, or a low priority. I will definitely be referring him to my friends who need inspections when their under contract. Thank you, Chris!

Chris is an excellent inspector! He is incredibly thorough (I got a 70 page report for a 1600 sq ft. house) and gracious with his time, taking the time to explain major concerns, and how they likely happened (which helps me understand how to avoid them in the future). I really appreciated his delivery — he worked in some jokes here and there (which helped me not get too overwhelmed) but he was also candid about things that needed to be addressed swiftly. He was also very fair in pricing, he wasn’t able to scope the sewer line and he was honest about it and took the charge off my total. I’ll recommend him to anyone I know looking for a solid and honest inspector.
