Direct line carpet

Nathan was excellent to work with. I needed a job completed quickly and he had everything settled and booked within 48 hours. The crew was efficient and did an excellent job installing. We are so happy with the carpet in our basement. I'd hands down recommend Direct Line Carpet for your carpet needs.

I had a great experience working with Direct Line. I cannot describe how many hours I spent in his store picking out carpets. Nathan and his team were so patient, helpful and nice throughout the whole process from selection to installation. His prices couldn't be beat and he is a mensch. When there was a minor issue after installation, he sent someone back right away to fix it. I am planning on ordering more carpet for my house now and wouldn't look anywhere else but Direct Line.

Amazing customer service. They were so patient with my indecision about patterns. They make what could be a stressful experience into something so relaxed. The install was so professional and fast.
