Called Saturday late afternoon to have water heater checked. Eric was great and got Taylor to come by around 5pm. He tried fixing but it ended up needing to be replaced. He worked till 10pm getting it from Pullman and installing it in Moscow so I could have hot water again. Great team of guys would definitely use this local company again for my plumbing needs! Thanks guys!

We called Direct Plumbing Solutions when the blackwater pipes in our old house started leaking and I'm glad I did. They responded promptly, Eric came out and did an estimate and the following week the work was done (I am still waiting on the other plumbers to call me back). Excellent customer service from start to finish and we are very happy with their work.
