12/2025 went into today to get supplies to fix our roof from this last weeks wind/ rain storm. Julian went the extra mile to help us locate a tool we could not find on our own, a roof nail remover, Yay they had one!!! Along with chaulk and an assortment of roofing nails. Happy Shopper here 😊. 1 stop shopping!!!❤️ Rebekah was very helpful and patient with us at the "self checkout". Awesome, huge, clean, bright, great 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 employees, smiling and helpful !!! They have about anything you would need for your home repairs, upgrades, etc. Huge garden section with more plants then I can name.

The staff are always friendly and genuinely willing to help, which I really appreciate. They carry almost everything I’m looking for, and there are often great sale items available. It’s a really convenient and reliable place to shop.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and satisfaction for my experience at Home Depot, being helped by your front man Jared. He has helped me several times at your Mosco store and every time I left thinking that he was an exceptional person. Today he helped me find a surface anchor ring, and the hardware required to install it properly. In addition to that, he had me pull my truck up to the canopy and checked that the bolts were the proper diameter and thread pitch, exceptional service from a highly knowledgeable and all around good person. Thank you for having this quality of employee representing Home Depot at the checkout .

Had a really nice helpful lady help us with finding parts!!! The little boy at front counter with really rude and doesn’t understand that a hose can smell like propane and not actually be propane. He wanted us to take the propane outside, when trying to explain we were looking for parts for the hose, he got rude and was yelling!!! He also called everyone who worked in the store upfront. We already were being helped and she understood it was a smelly hose!!!! I personally won’t be back!!!! I’m too old to explain to a know it all, it was just a smelly hose!!!!!!

I went in and I was trying to find the parts I needed. Absolutely no one asked me if I needed help. I told them exactly what I needed and everything he had me get was wrong. All I knew was I needed washers for my washing machine so that way it wouldn't leak. I don't have this problem down in Lewiston. I will be going to Moscow building supply today.
