Many thanks to Erik and his helper Scott. I had him come to look at the carpeting in my mom's townhouse. Asking somebody to clean an egg shell colored carpet that is 40 years old is not a task for the weak of heart. The difference is staggering. While there are some permanent issues in a couple of places, again, the difference is remarkable. Eric came back to go over a couple of spots on our tile as well and everything looks wonderful. Stay local, engage your neighbors.

Eric was meticulous, yet extremely efficient, polite, and professional. The price was quite reasonable. We hired Dirtbusters to get pet odor out of our upholstered furniture and will definitively call them back to clean our area rugs. We cannot recommend Eric and Dirtbusters enough! Follow up: He just cleaned our rugs and they look amazing. I didn’t think to take before pictures but trust me, there is a huge difference!
