Joey was very thorough. We have a mouse that got in our home and Joey did everything to set up traps and reassure me that the mouse would be caught. He plugged up any hole that he saw and left me at ease because I am terrified of mice. Thanks for sending someone very educated in his job who came to attack the situation. Thanks you Joey!
