I had DIRTI DUCT out to clean the ductwork in my home today, and I am genuinely blown away by how exceptional the entire experience was. They arrived exactly on time, walked in with a sleek, clean, professional appearance, and carried themselves with a level of respect and courtesy that you honestly don’t see often anymore. From the moment they started, they were incredibly thorough. They explained what they were doing, took their time on each vent, and made sure the entire system was cleaned properly — not rushed, not halfway, but meticulous and detailed. If I could give zero stars I would. I confirmed via text the day before my appointment to make sure he would be here. He confirmed. The next day he called once 40 minutes prior to my appointment, which I missed , but he chose not to leave a voicemail or send me a text. I waited until one hour passed my alleged appointment to check on his status. He then tells me he called twice, only once, and said he knocked on my door. He was extremely rude and told me to call another company. Truth is he was knocking on my neighbors door, not mine. After texting back and forth he called me to essentially blame me for not answering his one call, not say sorry for the misunderstanding. If you are looking for an unprofessional, rude, directionally challenged duct cleaner this is your guy!!

Just had our ducts cleaned and sanitized. Very, very pleased with the service from the moment I inquired via phone call to the handshake after completion, no complaints from me. Very reasonable prices for the services provided to the attention to details while cleaning and care for the customer's home. Dirti Duct is an excellent choice. Ben was very friendly, easy to deal with and explained everything prior to setting up and also what he was doing as he went throughout the house. Super professional and prideful of his work and his business, puts the customer's needs first for sure. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this service.
