Dirty Ducks Dryer Vent & Air Duct

Overall the experience was ok and I’m between 3 and 4 stars. We had them out to do a dryer vent cleaning. I can’t say I would or would not recommend them again. I felt the price was fair, but the customer service was a bit lacking. I had previously cleaned out the vent but our dryer would periodically say the vent was blocked. They showed up on time, were quite friendly, and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. My wife spoke with them and I was on a call for work when they left. We weren’t really given any explanation about what was clogged, if anything, other than being told sometimes there is build up around where the vent connects to the wall (which there wasn’t really, I cleaned that the previous week).
