Came here to get a piece of carpeting and had a great experience. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me on a price. They quickly cut the carpet to the size I needed and loaded it into my van. I would recommend this place.

Worst place to get your stuff. Once you are out from the store they don't take returns. And telling me that it is special order we can't take it. Original receipt doesn't says anything like this and factory receipt doesn't mention any ridiculous policy about returning the tile. I have two receipt both doesn't say anything regarding special order and returning policy. DON'T GO THERE...

Their selection is great and their pricing is fantastic. You are hard pressed to find better pricing than this place offers. They're a specialty warehouse for flooring with more options than the home depot but also on par with their prices, cheaper in some cases. A guy named Paul immediately greeted us and pointed us in the right direction of our interests. He was very friendly. We brought our kids. So another guy made baloon animals for them in the back, clearly going over and beyond your expectation of friendliness. I should say that while they were friendly, they remained very professional.
