Jay was amazing!! He came all the way out to my house, let me know my OBD wasn’t working correctly so he wasn’t able to program my key. He went out of his way to offer to follow me to my local mechanic to replace the key as soon as they fixed it so that way I didn’t risk my key giving me anymore issues. He waited there with me, gave great conversation, was extremely kind & gave me very detailed information on everything going on. To top it all off, he replaced my remote start key for an unbeatable price. Everywhere else I was quoted over $400! Jay will be the only locksmith I call from now on. 1000/10 recommend calling and asking for him!

I had a small piece of metal that was jammed & putting pressure, preventing me from opening my front door, that is all I needed taken out. The price on the site says $85. The man called himself Adam, wanted to charge $300. After going back & forth & having to call their main corporate line, they lowered it to $200. Still very unreasonable for the work they did. Adam could not even replace the door handle mechanism inside the handle itself. The man on the corporate line was rude & said the number on the site was a starting price only. Adam said he did not even work for the company Discount Locksmith, but the man on the phone said that was their company. The whole event was very unprofessional and borderline sketchy. I DO NOT recommend this company to assist anyone with their lockout issues.

Daniel did a really good job he was in and out in less then 3 minutes. And on TOP OF THAT he was doing another job before hand and got me within 25 minutes! Great service!

Never have I ever locked myself out of my own home. I guess there is always a first for everything, tonight was my "lucky" night. My security door did its job, it locked me out as I was taking trash out. My kids live too far to bring me their key to my place and my friend couldn't find the key I gave her for emergencies. I had no choice but to Google a locksmith, I picked the first one that was on top of the list. Customer service was fast to have a tech give me a call back. The star of the night was the tech Daniel with a quick response, friendly service, and great communication. Come to find out my door's deadbolt needs a little TLC. I would highly recommended Daniel to anyone in need of a locksmith and Daniel will be the first one I will call next time. Thanks again Daniel

Daniel is the fastest Locksmith I ever worked with. He said he'll be arriving in 20 minutes and he showed up in 19 minutes and got me back in my car in time for my appointment.
