I tell you these people are awesome. My forced air heater went inop 2 mornings ago. I used Angel and it got me to them , they called me later that day and he offered me an after hours diagnosis but you have to pay the after hours which I didn’t care. I needed my heat. Their repairman John is so nice and very thorough and figured out the issue wasn’t easy. Bad gas valve. Looked it up and luckily someone had it in anchorage unfortunately it was too late the job needed to continue another day. We said our good byes and told me the main office would call in AM. Next morning the young lady offered me an availability for that night. I was so happy most places told me they were 3.5 to 4 weeks out. I had called 5 places. My water heater went out midnight this morning, contacted Discount Mechanical and they fit me in to replace the water heater same day and also made sure my furnace was up to municipal code, 5 out of 5 service, highly recommended. I had the pleasure of working with Raven and she did an outstanding job fixing my furnace that was no longer producing heat. Not only did she work quickly and efficiently, she also took the time to show and explain how to do my own maintenance, and made recommendations of things I’ll need to replace in the near future.
