Discount Portable Restrooms

Call at 8am 1-20-2025 to get my Septic tank pumped and they were very nice and courteous. They were at my house before 10am to do a great job. I have used Discount Septic Service before and definitely will again. Thank You Much

I have worked on countless jobs in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas over the past 10 years where this portable restroom company has been used. It finally struck me to compose this review. They are without a doubt some of the most poorly serviced and maintained porta potties that I've seen. Broken latches, debris and mud stains everywhere inside, it seems like they never replace them. Worse yet is that they hardly ever come to clean them and when they do all the trash in the floor and clogged urinals are typically left as they were. They might be cheaper than competitors but it is not worth the "discount". I hope to see this company improve there service/ overall image on the jobsite.

Discount Septic came as a referral from the very reliable Jordan Mechanical whom I trust explicitly with my home. With such high recommendation I hoped Discount could squeeze me in on short notice same day service. Upon calling Discount their day was full and were unsure if they could squeeze me in and referred me to another vendor.. I called that vendor but no one answered. I tried another recommended service but had to leave a message later to find out their one truck was in the shop, so I after an hour wait for return calls, called back Discount and they said they'd try but could not be sure..... I called them as soon as they opened with what I thought was a septic emergency. The lady that answered the phone was extremely friendly. They fit me in that day and was here earlier than I expected. Once the guys were here they were super friendly and very professional. They did an excellent job and i highly recommend them.

Horrible cleanliness!! Our contract stated they were to clean the porter potty every week. We went 2 months where they said they cleaned it but it was not cleaned. It smelled the neighborhood up and our guest would not even use it. They would not return phone calls to come clean it or pick it up so we ended up not paying them. After a few weeks of not paying they FINALLY came and removed it.
