Ordered set up date and time - installer late - call flooring act stupid who are you ? Gave number to other store said see if they know anything.. nope you bought from other store.. long story short I have everything out ready to go and they now say the installer quiet I’ll send someone tomorrow.. last time for buying there.. I bought several times but I won’t be lied to again.

We bought a remnant of carpet for our stairs and it was installed too short. The owner, Bruce , is making it right and let us pick another piece of berber out and it will be installed at no charge in a few days. I will post another picture then. Now, that's service! Would highly recommend.! So John came out, a different installer, from the company and did an awesome job! He put a bullnose lip on the carpet which looks better and makes it safer. I can't say enough about these people. Thank you so much!

I only placed a review of 5 stars because I couldn't place 6 stars! This flooring company is absolutely amazing. To be honest, it wasn't even the guys at the store (JJ and Jeremy were both very professional and helpful), it was the whole company that also went above and beyond expectation! We had to remove tile that was on the first floor and the demo team did awesome job removing the old flooring and preparing the way for the installation. The installers were seasoned experts at filling settling cracks, fitting the planks, matching the quarter-round, and the final result could not be better! I highly recommend Discount quality flooring for quality floors and installation!

This company is the real deal! My wife and I moved here several years ago and have had a number of updates done to our home. Unfortunately we have hired some …..less than quality…companies. Well we were pleasantly surprised when an issue came up with our flooring, the owner Bruce said, I don’t want an unhappy customer…if it’s not right...we will fix it! Steve showed up at my door and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this Company!
