Didn't bother properly installing the wax ring around toilet after snaking it the wrong way..pushed it into the other apartment instead of out to the street because it was easier for them.. Caused 4 back ups in a duplex...called them and they didn't want to fix their mistake unless we paid more!!.. After we paid 135 they tried to charge 75 for each thing that needed fixed after they messed up. We will never use them again!! And i will be letting all my friends and family know to never use their services.
After dealing with another company who did nothing but try to upsell me, these guys were a true blessing! Fast, efficient, kind and affordable. Will definitely be calling them for any of my other needs!
