I had an excellent experience with Discount Siding and Roofing. They replaced some siding and rebuilt our columns, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Pat and his crew were very professional, hardworking, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the work is outstanding, and everything looks amazing. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. I would absolutely recommend Discount Siding and Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

This was my second project with Discount Siding and Roofing with Rob and Team. I am also a real estate agent so I see a lot. They were very fair on price, super reasonable, did great work. We even had a slight hiccup with the contract terms--I remembered something one way, they remembered it differently--but they honored what was in my memory with no friction--I was very impressed. We just had our roof replaced by Discount Siding and Roofing MN due to significant hail damage. Our experience was great and the process was seamless of working with Discount and our insurance company. Rob Lee started us out with a thorough roof inspection to be followed by our insurance adjuster. Eddie Kaprall was very helpful with providing great product options. Everyone we worked with was wonderful! We are in the middle of selling our house. Rob Lee was very quick to respond and come look at our roof. He was very attentive to us and was at the house when the insurance adjuster came. He was on-top of scheduling when the roof would be and kept us updated every step of the way. Rob Dubel was the supervisor on-site and he was great to call us ahead of time to make sure we didn't have any vehicles in the garage or fragile pictures on the wall that could possibly fall down. We did have a little hiccup with the office in regards to payment but that was all taken care of very professionally. The crew who worked on our roof slaved away all day in 90 degree weather. Discount was highly recommended by our interior remodeling company. That company is a joy to work with. Discount, not at all. I contacted them weeks ago providing a detailed description of our project and photos both of our exterior elevations and examples of homes nearby that had the exterior treatment and details we wanted. After numerous prompts for updates, I received half hearted responses from the Discount co-owner who was recommended to us. After waiting for an estimate for a number of weeks more I asked, a couple of days ago, when we might expect one. That elicited multiple derogatory emails from that co-owner asserting he had no information about what we wanted, had no "drawings" so couldn't do an estimate and ending in saying he had no interest in our project.
