Discover Surfaces

I recently had my kitchen counters redone. The contractor I hired purchased the countertops from Discover Marble & Granite. Once installed, my wife and I were unhappy with the look of the countertop. Our contractor contacted Discover Marble & Granite to discuss our concerns and see what they would do. The owner of the company offered to meet with me to discuss it. Unfortunately, I was too busy to do so. Instead, he agreed to remove all the countertops and replace them. I was extremely impressed with the fact that he didn't make me prove myself right. He stood by the product, replaced it, and now they look fantastic. He kept me up to date on the installation and followed up with me afterward to confirm that my wife and I were happy. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days

Had a great in store experience however the handling of everything through my kitchen designer was less than smooth. About 4 weeks after installation I discovered a blemish in the center of my kitchen that I can’t unsee now! This stone was very expensive it a shame the fabrications caused such an unsightly blemish in the middle of my kitchen.

I recommend Ben and his team. Simple and easy to work with. They did everything on time and lead time was only 2 weeks to completed install. Total revamp of kitchen with granite. Measurement went fine. Installers double checked the cooktop opening. They asked if I had any questions and were very polite. Cleaned up afterwards. We're happy.
