Distinctive Countertops LLC is an unprofessional business. Do not use this business. You will be sorry and disappointed. Beware if your home is not up to their standards or not in pristine condition they will cancel your installation with no explanation! This recently happened to us with this business and we are very disappointed. We have worked with many other businesses updating our home and this has never happened to us before now. They have not returned our phone calls.

The whole process was amazing. The measurement appointment went smooth and there was always great communication with the office lady and the technician on site. Today the installation was finalized and the technicians were great! Thank you John and Angel. My new counters look amazing and you guys are amazing. You guys took the time to explain how the installation would be done and how to maintain my new countertops. You both answered all my questions and were very professional. Thank you so much!

I am a retired kitchen designer with many years of experience. I used Brian of Distinctive Countertops for years for all my countertop needs. I rate them top shelf. He and his crew always did such professional work. They always with very few exceptions delivered and installed on time, and to perfection. They handled from the largest of jobs, as well to the smallest, with the same care and customer satisfaction.
