Awesome experience with Distinctive Outdoor Spaces with our drainage remediation, retaining wall, patio and pond-less retaining wall water feature installed just about 4 years ago. The work that Ray and his team complete is top notch and sets you up for longevity with your investment not requiring any fixes. Because we did go with a paver brand that had manufacturing defects back in 2020, we were able to eventually have the interior field of our patio replaced by Ray and his team this year. Once again a great experience and excellent work. I highly recommend Distinctive Outdoor Spaces for all your landscape/hardscape and drainage remediation needs.

I worked closely with Ray and his team on a very large drainage project when we built a new pool to comply with township drainage requirements. His team, specifically Scott and crew, are fabulous to work with, always on time, follow through, communicate well, and most importantly go the extra mile. I deal with lots of third party service providers and often feel the need to supervise closely...I never worry about Distinctive Outdoor Spaces. In addition to the drainage, we installed new landscape lighting, front landscaping, bed maintenance and are currently working with them on a new driveway with Belgian block curbing, paver circle, etc. Ray takes pride in his business and is a true pleasure to work with! We have worked with Ray and his team for over five years and I can say without hesitation that we couldn’t be happier with everything that they have done for us! The results of our initial landscape lighting far exceeded our expectations so we engaged Ray on three additional projects including landscape design and a stone walkway. The quality, professionalism and value that Ray and his team provide were immediately evident to us and we have been happy to recommend him to our family and friends.

We wanted our back patio upgraded and more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. We had some ideas but really needed help with design and materials. Ray listened to us and knew exactly what to do. He gave us ideas and options and helped us with final decisions. Our project started on time and he or Scott checked in with us regularly, keeping us in the loop and moving forward. The crew was friendly and respectful.The last week of the job, we were on vacation and upon returning found the most beautiful patio and walkway all lit up! Ray and Scott’s attention to detail, work ethic and honesty made for one of the best projects we’ve done so far on our home. They have become personal friends and are looking forward to doing more with Mr. Ray!

Distinctive Outdoor Spaces did a wonderful, professional job grading and laying sod for a major pool renovation of an old cement pool last summer. Ray Moran designed a stone pathway from our home to the decking around the pool, enhanced with plantings. We were so pleased with the good communication and high standard of work, we hired them to do lighting in the front of our historic home. Ray suggested uplighting of our 2 large Cooper Beech trees which was something we would have never thought of and we love the result! I would highly recommend working with Ray for any landscaping and lighting projects.
