Distinctive Stoneworks

This is our second project that Dennis from Distinctive Stoneworks has done for us. Our original was a couple retaining walls and a walkway and the second was a fire pit/patio. We could not be any happier with the results. Our walkway and retaining walls were done a several years ago and still look like new. Dennis and his crew were not only very professional but are the nicest people you could ask for. Dennis always goes above and beyond what is needed to ensure everyone (including my neighbor) was happy. I wouldn't hire anyone else to do any custom work in his field. We Highly recommend Distinctive Stoneworks!

Worth the wait! I first contacted Dennis around May 2021 for an estimate, put a deposit down November 2021 and then had my project completed May 2022. Dennis was responsive throughout the entire length of this process, was on-site and did an excellent job communicating. He handled the permit and town concerns (I have a drainage easement on my property). There were no hidden costs, my estimate did not change. His crew is professional, shows up on time and they did exactly what was discussed. I gave Dennis creative freedom over placement of the fence and wall (my property lines are funky) and everything came out beautiful! I would definitely hire Dennis and his team again and highly recommend Distinctive Stonework's to anyone!

We had Distinctive Stoneworks install a new patio and walkway in our backyard. In addition, they were able to fix and expand our irrigation system, and install new sod where our lawn had been torn up from our pool install. Dennis was fantastic to work with, he met me at the house twice to go over the project and he offered a number of ideas that helped us achieve our vision. Dennis and the rest of his team did a great job during the installation. They were professional, did a great job on the install, and a great job leaving everything clean after they were done. I will use Dennis and team again for any stonework projects I have. I highly recommend Distinctive Stoneworks!

We wanted some hardscaping and landscaping done and Dennis came highly recommended. He was able to be flexible and split the work into two- he did the hardscaping in 2022 and landscaping in 2023. I appreciated that he did very good work and I loved how everything came out, and I was also pleased with you customer service. Great communication, easy to talk to if I had questions or concerns, and made me feel comfortable as a homeowner. I also love that he and his crew only work on one job at a time, so you're not left hanging with a partially finished project. I've included a before and after.
