I'd had an issue and at least 3 other repair people who came or said they would come or try to do work "under the table". It was frustrating due to the amount of time I spent connecting with them, waiting for them, or waiting for a call back and then no repair happened. These were highly rated based on recommendations from people in my neighborhood! I did my own research and decided to call District Appliance Services. I was able to schedule a reasonable appointment time in a 2 hour window, so I didn't have to wait half a day and take off work. Aziz diagnosed the problem quickly and offered to come back the next day, but as I couldn't be off work, said that he could do the same 2 hour window on Saturday. Game changer. Bonus? District Appliance Services Aziz M. came right on time. New leak from underneath dishwasher. Aziz had a new seal in his truck and was able to replace it. Work took about 30 minutes total. Dishwasher now is fine. All work cleaned up. Excellent service, reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

The tech was on time , honest and communicated very well. Told me what the issue was and explained how to prevent additional things or breakdowns from happening. He came on time and within the window and didn’t have to order any parts. He came with everything . My dryer is back and up and running just like new . I even got a text when he was on the way and close in you it e . Def recommend

Technician was on time, very professional and job was done quickly. He said it was a frequent (Dryer) failure. So he actually had the part with him! I really appreciate the quality of service and will specifically ask for this company (and Technician) should I require other appliance Repair Services.
