I had a very disappointing experience at the shipping office today. The gentleman who was working as the last person on duty had extremely poor customer service. I arrived around 1:15 p.m., and he seemed irritated from the start. He spoke with an attitude, raised his voice, and appeared very unprofessional in the way he represented the company. I even tried to calm the situation by telling him there was no need to be upset, but he continued to be disrespectful and dismissive. If an employee is having a bad day, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. This kind of behavior gives a very negative impression of the company.

Diversified has consistently been an outstanding vendor. They are incredibly reliable and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance concerns. The team of mechanics and maintenance professionals who have assisted us with the seal tank have been exceptional. Their work has been of the highest quality, and they've provided invaluable advice on how to maintain our products in top condition, ensuring both durability and cleanliness. We're truly grateful for their expertise and dedication. Scott has an amazing team.

I have used Diversified Overkote material for years and their cold pour rubberized crack filler as well both are Excellent products and I've never had anyone on their staff treat me poorly, matter of fact they came in on a Sunday to fill my tank! They've always been there for me even when the economy was crap they helped me with special terms until I was back on my feet. Everything I've written is 100% facts, It's really hard to make everyone truly 5*happy but I know they do their best!

I had an encounter with one of their employees, his name is Richard. He drives a truck for this company, and I must say he does so in a cery unsafe manner. The company failed to indicate this was a construction zone, no cones, no signs or anything like that. Further more, this Richard fella decides to ask me to leave the area, which is fine with me, but the way he did it was extremely unprofessional, he cursed and tried to intimidate me instead of just asking politely. I strongly suggest you DO NO HIRE this unsafe, unprofessional company.

Richard is a good fella all around and knows his stuff he seems mean and unprofessional but it's his character I had a chance to work with him and couldn't of gone better but Rich it's dark and a black bucket is hard to see in the darkness
