I sent pictures to the owner, he researched the proper trees for my area. Diversified Lawn executed my idea for privacy trees. Despite one of the trees dying, the owner was very attentive and quickly replaced the tree. His teams works diligently and efficiently!!!

We needed our property cleaned up by removing large older and dead trees. We reached out to Diversified Lawn and Property Care, to get quote for the work to be completed. We were satisfied with the quote and ready to move forward with the work. The work was scheduled to be completed sooner rather than later because another project they were working on was completed. The team kept us informed of the progress and anything that was different from what was included in the quote. Communication was very professional, the work was A-1 and completed earlier than quoted. We are looking forward to having them add us to their schedule for regular lawn maintenance.

I was charged $50 to just cut the front yard and edge. It would have been more to cut the back yard because God forbid someone has to use a push mower because they couldn't get the precious zero turn through the gate. High spots, shaved spots, I don't see any edging at all. Oh I paid him because he became confrontational about "having to go a different route" to get his money. He didn't even cut it. He sent me pictures in his truck as he drove by like everything was perfect. Never again.
