It sounds simple, but only the best companies follow the rule. From the very beginning, DPS kept me fully informed of what was going to happen, with whom, and when. The estimator arrived early, conducted a thorough review, and stated that he would file a claim on the same day. Still, it may take a couple of weeks for the insurance company to approve it, given the recent disasters in other parts of the U.S. I was surprised to see USAA approve the estimate and issue the check the same day, based on the thoroughness of the estimate and their experience with DPS. I recently had some significant tree/storm damage to my home in Fairfax County. My insurance company brought in DPS and I'm very grateful they did. DPS management was professional and responsive, and their workers were quick, courteous, and most importantly - skilled. 10 out of 10!

I started working with DPS in 2020 when I experienced some water damage. Since then, DPS has renovated my bathrooms and kitchen, replaced and refinished my hardwood floors, replaced all interior and exterior doors, installed new vinyl plank flooring throughout my lower level, removed old paneling and replaced it with dry wall, installed beautiful built-in bookshelves, cabinets, computer work area, and a closet, and replaced my old deck and patio with an expanded, beautiful, and low-maintenance version. I had a great experience with Kyle in charge of a major reconstruction due to a large tree penetrating the roof in three areas. They were responsive, considerate, and professional.

This company stole my money and won't return my call!! I paid for a replacement of my 1st floor windows 2 months ago and they have yet to come and install them. I spoke with Sherry the owner on multiple occasions and she yelled at me saying they were on back order. I was Flabbergasted !! When I told her to cancel the order she responded that no cancellation was possible. Now she won't return my call! I later found out this company was purchased recently and the new owner is clueless about the industry and has been scamming multiple people. I also overheard her when I last call this office that she was talking trash about another client. Several employees I was in contact with are no longer within the company.
