Divine Cleaning

We recently had the team come out to clean our new home, and I was very pleased with the results. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the fresh scent and cleanliness throughout the space. Marisol communicated everything they planned to do right from the moment her and the team arrived. She kept me informed about every detail of the process, which made me feel confident in her abilities from the very beginning. She also did a walk through with me when they were done to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you and I appreciate all of your hard work.

Professional service and very accommodating to my schedule. I had to reschedule because of some work being done to my house and they were happy to accommodate with no issues. Will be using this service again.

Taylor and I had a very nice initial phone conversation, so we scheduled a sameday walkthrough. She was expected around 2:30at the latest. When it was 4:10 and no word I figured she was a no-show, no-call. When I finally called the office and left a message for Taylor that we would need to reschedule. It was at that point her Admin. Asst. called me back with a family emergency story and that Taylor would have to call me to reschedule when she could. There was no commitment to WHEN this would happen. So I'm forced to keep looking for a more reliable and honest cleaning service to assist me with my home. I don't understand WHY Managers are not secure enough to be direct with potential customers. I am a brand new potential client and this is how I'm treated? It is confusing and disrespectful
