Dixie Electric, Plumbing and Air

Dixie is the best customer service business that I have encountered in Alabama. There was complete explanation of what was happening with our water damage. We thought it was the plumbing in the Master bathroom. It turned out to be the air conditioning unit. This particular unit is known for problems, especially linking and mold build up in the unit. Since, it was not a plumbing issue they called in the electrical manager Robert. I am really impressed with this company. Robert was able to talk with my Insurance Adjuter on the phone to explain what was found. I would highly recommend this business to other farmers and Veterans in my network. Kudos to the beginning team that came out, Charles Flannigan and Drew. They were fantastic with our questions and answers. Repair hasn't been done yet

He installed my handywork lighting gaff in what felt like record time. Clean work, zero drama, and everything looks incredible. Professional, efficient, and clearly knows his craft. The lights are perfectly mounted, balanced, and wired, as they belong in a design magazine rather than in my house. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of my plumbing issue in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I felt informed and confident throughout the process. What truly set him apart, though, was his willingness to go above and beyond, he even came back to meet with the city on my behalf and served as a true advocate for me. Zack is the perfect example of what great service should look like: knowledgeable, patient, reliable, and genuinely committed to helping his customers. I called Dixie on Thursday and they had a technician come out on Saturday due to my availability and they even had a technician available the very next morning but that wasn’t realistic for my schedule. They allowed me to choose a Saturday morning and that was major relief starting off. The team members who scheduled the appointment were very professional and prompt to my needs; quick & easy! I was having issues with the plumbing in my bathroom. First off, the weather was cold & raining; the technician didn’t hesitate to get the job done!
