I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Metro Climate Systems and Refrigeration LLC! I called about an issue with my heat, and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. Brad was quick and thorough, while Paul did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. They replaced the heating contactor and disconnect box efficiently and even took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my unit. Their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness were outstanding. I highly recommend Metro Climate Systems for anyone in need of HVAC services.

Paul is unlike the others he works hard to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. Let’s be honest you can’t find that kind of work ethic anymore. He explains everything thoroughly. He put in a new unit and all new duct work for us Also , in the other side of our home he serviced our other unit. He also said if we have any issues to call him and he’ll come back and make it right!
