Dixie Electric has improved a lot throughout the years. I remember before Katrina outages were common. Not anymore. With alm the storms we've gone through the service remains stable. When needed, service is fast ans energy is restored quickly. Very happy with their service.

The best internet I’ve ever had, at a set price consistent every month. Never slow, and that’s with the basic plan, with 5 tv’s, 4 smart phones, iPad, Xbox, and more. Many streaming simultaneously. As for the power side, super great, no outages even during storms, and super great staff at the petal location. I wanted to leave less stars due to an unprofessional engineer that caused a delay of 3 months in getting power to my shop, but the next engineer that came out was great. And the office staff stayed on top of it and never got aggravated from me calling every other day. Can’t forget the linemen either, super great, helpful guy for my area.

Excellent electric service company. We've had one major ourage, and the power was restored within 30 minutes. The office personel is always polite and the office that services my home, on Hwy 42 , Petal MS is very orgainized. Recently we had lights out on my street. I went into the office let them know about it at 2:30pm. The truck was in my front yard replacing the lights the next morning at 7:00am. Now that's great service!

Bad policies. $75 late on this month, so they wanted to cut off power before the month is over. I was late last month due to debit card fraud so bank account was in the negative. I payed it this month and my current bill except 75. With the plan to pay by the end of the month. It just seems like nobody didn't think that's a bit much for 75 and I've talked to them about this last month.

This is a GREAT power company. No outages since the tornado 4 years ago and only temporary then, even though the tornado ripped right through them. Also, I just paid my bill in the hottest month ever. it was $385.07. This is a large 2 story house with 2 air conditioners 21 years old. I am shut-in so there is one person at home 24/7. Plus this home is ALL ELECTRIC, no gas bill.
