This has been nothing but problems from the start. We have a 6 ft vinyl fence at the cost of over $18k! The posts are leaning and aren’t level at all. We have 3 gates that have never been right. After consulting with another installer it turns out this type of fence shouldn’t have been installed at all with the wind and soft ground we have. They send people out to put a bandaid on it occasionally, that’s it. I’m ready to contact an attorney, but my wife has talked me down. If it’s not fixed in the spring I will be doing just that. Jaron appears to be a nice guy, he just hasn’t followed through.

We placed an order for a vinyl fence on 1/20/2021 and all we get is "soon" and "Next in line", our job is always 2 weeks out. Utility locates were marked and still no fence. They are always busy doing other work and working as fast as they can. I wonder what kind of job they supply is they are working as fast as they can. I am well passed being upset with these people, they have been blowing me off for what, 16 months now. I filed a complaint against them a week ago and they still do not response. I wonder how many of these 4.0 ratings they list are for real. Rob, you have broken our contract of 4-6 weeks, man up to it and tell us you will not do our job and give us back our $5,500 down payment in FULL, not soon, but immediately. Or install our fence and do not change fence manufacturer on

These days delays in projects are common, but believe me this company is worth it. Everyone connected with this job was friendly, respectful, and professional. There were challenges in some areas of the fence line, but Tim met each one and I am totally pleased with the fence. They cleaned up after each work session and left many areas better than they found them, including my garage where materials were stored. I went out to blow debris after they picked up the leftover materials and found it cleaner than before they put in the first piece of wood! I highly recommend this company.

Not sure what happened to my previous review, so posting again. It is objective and true. If you are looking for a woodgrain vinyl fence, DON’T use this company. I cannot speak about other products they install, only this one. DIXIE FENCE, LLC uses a distributor that distributes damaged material, and they were fully aware of it at the time of my signing of the contract with them in May 2023. The product they promoted with a lifetime warranty and the best on the market, has scrapes, gouges, and dents. These defects are not blemishes in the woodgrain look but deep scrapes and gouges in the finish. It looks like someone dragged the material down the street behind a truck. UPDATE: We were told multiple times via text and phone call that our fence install would begin today, May 16th. They did not show up and are not responding to phone calls or texts. My husband and I paid the deposit on our aluminum fence in December and were told that it would be 8-12 weeks to start the project. At week 18, my husband texted him, as we were still waiting for the process to begin, and the owner said that he was planning to start the next week. It has now been 21 weeks since we paid our almost $6,000 deposit and we cannot even get a call or text response from the owner/company. At this point, we just want our fence installed ASAP or a refund, so we can start the process with a more reputable company. Based on our current experience, we do not recommend Dixie Fence to anyone
