Dixie Lock & Safe

Service was good but pricey. For programming of one Fob is same cost as the dealership. Cost $360.00 for one fob! Communication is lacking, was supposed to get a call of appointment time but didn’t. Called to follow up and was told appointment was between 10 and 1030. Went to meet the technician. After not showing after 30 minutes called and he said his current job was running over and would be another two hours before he gets to me. I understand jobs run over but a call to the paying customer should have been made. Had to leave and come back. The location of the vehicle was 30 minutes from my home so a good bit of time was wasted, which could have been avoided with proper communication.

I was out running errands in Thomson and while opening/closing various car doors, my car had a weird glitch and the doors all locked in between closing one door and opening another. My keys were stuck inside with no way to unlock the doors myself. I also had a baby in the car which created an elevated level of panic. A friend I was with quickly called Dixie Lock & Safe and they were on site in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, it took about two minutes to unlock my door. Their prompt and efficient service meant so much to me! I highly recommend Dixie Lock & Safe to anyone who could use their services.

Needed a new key for my wife's 2012 Toyota, called all over town and they were the only ones not only able to make what I needed but even do so on a moments notice. Very professional, polite, and experienced business; I whole heartily recommend them to anyone!

We lost keys to a 1990 Camaro. Couldn't get anyone else to even try to cut a key. Dixie's tech came out, and sat there having to try each VATS may until he got the correct one. He was super nice! I had to go back to work. He made sure to call me and let me know when he finished and explain exactly what he did.

The answering service dropped the ball on me, but when I got the actual office, they were fast. Made me 2 brand new keys at a reasonable price. I'd use them again.
