We had a great experience with this HVAC company after some issues with the first unit being installed incorrectly by another contractor. Their team came out, quickly identified the problem, and handled the full replacement of the system at my parents’ home. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The crew was also very friendly and respectful, which made the whole process stress-free. The new system is working perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work!

Pool Heating and Air Conditioning fit our needs for installing a new mini split in our game room. They were competitive in their pricing, fast, friendly and professional. Daniel, our Comfort Advisor understood our needs. He was fast in understanding the problem we were experiencing. He offered the best solution out of the three companies we interviewed. We will definitely consider Pool for our future HVAC needs and you should too.

I just had new units installed and Pool did a great job. Daniel was very informative, answered any questions I had and was available and flexible when needed. The guys who did the install were very professional and cleaned up well after them selves. If you are in the market for new units, or honest feedback on how your current units are operating give Daniel and Pool a call.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They literally have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We built our house less than 2 years ago and they were the ones that installed our two units. The unit for upstairs stopped working so they came out and found a crack in the condenser line. The crack caused the coolant to leak. The coolant was replaced and then they had the nerve to send us a bill for over $700. Tried to tell us the warranty doesn't cover the coolant. WE ONLY NEEDED THE COOLANT BECAUSE OF A CRACK IN THEIR SYSTEM!! They would not respond to emails or return phone calls. Even mailed them something and still NO response. But that's fine because they didn't get their money and still wont. Do not do business with a company like this. I have never in my life been so disappoin

When I had my house built, HVAC is one of the things I vetoed the GC on and handled myself. Pool Heating and Air did a good job and used better than contractor-grade components and at a competitive price. They also registered everything for warranty. When a component failed 9 years in, which can happen with any brand, they made the repair at the cost of a diagnostic/troubleshooting visit. I prefer to use local businesses and I hope this one is around a long time because they're who I would call.
