Dixie Overhead Door

Cody and another young man(I'm sorry but I forget him name) came and inspected my garage doors that seem to be a hundred years old. They both were very thorough and let me know that I needed to refrain from using one side due to being hazardous. I greatly appreciated that. I was given an appointment for someone to talk to me about the style I wanted. What I really appreciated was their professionalism and friendliness, and the cautionary advice to keep my family safe!

Used their services for our water heater so i got a quote for our garage door as well. Very professional and knowledgable. No pressure to purchase anything. Very detailed explanation on what needed to be repaired and why. This is a GREAT COMPANY ! We will be using them more in the future.

11/12/25 Cody came today for our garage door inspection. He has been here before always so kind, respectful and professional. Very knowledgeable of this job. Looking forward to seeing him in the future for our garage (now pottery studio) door needs.

I called after getting from work at 7pm and my garage door self imploding. They came out quickly and CJ was outstanding! Super helpful, professional and fixed my garage door in a timely manner! Also can’t leave out the receptionist because she was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Overall a truly outstanding experience!

A great experience, cody took 2 minutes and resolved the problem and then they took their time to do an exam and review of my system. They answered every question, and gave me great and considerate options for future uses. They were the nicest people, the kind of hard working, experienced personnel I get from Dixie.
