Dixon's Appliance & Furniture

I had been b4 to get parts to fridge ordered needed part again had the numbers to get I didn't figure had in store but when got number they didn't know what it was I told them said would call back as to order or in stock and price 2 hrs later call back 2 person said he's ask boss cause he's new no call back this was Friday. Won't be doing. Service with them anymore. U don't haveto understand the part just order by number. I found said part somewhere else no questions ask.

I bought a washer today. 2/24/23 I can’t remember the guys name But he’s the son of the owners. This guy is extremely nice, friendly, knows exactly what he’s selling. Didn’t force me into buying what I didn’t want. He was patient and actually explained his product. I definitely plan on staying with these people over the Lowes store.

My husband (Johnny Vicks and I (Penny Vicks) went to Dixon appliance to shop for some nice things and Ms. Olivia took care of us above and beyond. Normally you get pressured about buying something, but she listened to what we wanted and delivered just that!! GO IN AND SEE MS OLIVIA BECAUSE SHE WILL GET YOU WHAT YOU WANT!!

We have got our last 2 sets of kitchen appliances, a deep freezer, and awasher and dryer. Great friendly knowledgeable place to shop. They have always done us great.
