OnTIME Service

While the service was fast and relatively straight forward. The overall feel was of someone who didn’t want to be there. Broke the plug for the drain in the basement, used our good broom in the basement where the sewage backup was happening, all of which could have been avoided or been ok if they had just said something about it or asked. Instead I was left to find out this had happened. And for $450+ dollars I would expect a bit more respect for my personal things and at the very least for the repairmen to have their own tools they can use instead of using the ones they just so happen to find lying around. Not exactly pleased with this visit. 10/28 Update: The team at OnTime reach back out to me today and apologized for what had happened and offered to replace the broom and floor drain.

Got very quick service. The dispatcher Michelle was super nice. We had no heat in the house when it was 24 degrees outside. Technician showed up I think his name was Brandon or something like that, was super friendly and got my heat running temporarily until parts can be ordered and installed. I would highly recommend this company! They will be my go to for heating and air!

We picked the right people, system went down Christmas Day we had new unit put in 4 days later. I couldn't be happier. Very friendly, very professional and I feel was a reasonable price. You cant go wrong with OnTime.

I had just had surgery when I realized my hot water wasn’t working. My water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. The guys that came out were very professional, honest, and the price was very reasonable. A few days later my gas heat wouldn’t kick on, obviously completely unrelated. I called them back up and they sent a guy that night, he went over what happened and explained everything. So grateful for this company and will definitely be using them for any future needs!

The staff and service members were prompt and knowledgeable. They supplied us with exactly the system we needed. It’s been a few months and it has outperformed the unit that was in the house before. It’s way more energy efficient not to mention much quieter. All around from the Office staff , the manager and technicians all top notch!
