Dixon's Service Company

I sat down with 3 other HVAC companies and they all were very pushy with how great their company was and they will give me the best product. Each company took approximately 2 hours to give me quotes. When I sat down with Mr. James, Dixon’s hvac, he explained everything very well, he answered my questions and told me he will be sending me a quote. He did not waste my time, he was not pushy and was very thorough. He had the best price of all the other quotes I received. The install team, Mr. Jackson and Mr. Tz, were very nice and professional. They installed everything quickly and correctly. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them, I was impressed how smooth and professional they all were.

I was very pleased with our Dixon’s service today on our HVAC systems! Hunter our technician explained what he was going to do, answered my questions and concerns. He’s a terrific professional and I’ll be asking for him to be our technician for every maintenance visit in the future. He’s a great representative of Dixon’s and a quality young man!

We had an HVAC issue over the weekend where the unit completely lost power. Al came out promptly and was extremely helpful. He walked me through all the common troubleshooting steps, quickly identified the issue, and got the system back up and running. He was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived exactly when he said he would. Great service and excellent customer support, especially on a weekend. Highly recommend.

From the initial call speaking with a very accommodating Jordan to the picking the brain of the knowledge and expert serviceman Al, this has been a wonderful experience. We may have to purchase new units, but Al went through everything with us, explained basic situation dealing with older units close to the ocean, and serviced the units which may have bought us some time. His explanation regarding government/safety changes in the type of refrigerant that is allowed to be used helped me understand why we can’t swap out parts.
