Diyanni Homes

We are building a new home with Diyanni. The communication and guidance has been great. We appreciate Carolyn for assisting us with choosing a plan and creating a customized home. We have moved to the design phase and continue to receive patience and support from Diyanni.

I can't even get started at this place. I drove to the model on Saturday (1and1/2 drive one way) to find a sign on the door that said "Closed for employee event". So I called on Monday and got a recording, I did not leave a message. I called back 2 hours later and left a message on the recording. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I have not heard from anyone. Sure would hate to build a house with this group! Bill Griffith

DiYanni Homes new build on your lot seminar is a must attend to learn their building practices and processes. Great custom builder.

Moving forward...waiting on our dig date, but everything is going smoothly. Completed flooring last week with Deb - who's Awesome! Completed Interior doors and painting this week which McKenzie once again was very helpful with her ideas and insight! ☺️ Update...2025 All moved in and we love our home❤️ It really depends on the crew they have contracted, the project managers and quality control guy. Minor fixes post move-in (Grateful for Marvin-Quality control✨) some things like dummy light switches 🤨we can live with, but over all we feel this is a quality built home with the perfect floor plan for us.

This is our first time building and I have to say Diyanni has been an absolute dream to work with. They have walked us through every step thoroughly leaving no question unanswered. Every interaction we have had with a Diyanni employee has been incredibly valuable! Their team has treated this project like it was their own home and not a job. That’s been my favorite part working with Diyanni! Excited to continue this next phase and move into our dream home in the coming year.
