Dennis is a true professional and has always delivered high-quality work for us at a fair rate ($). We've hired Denis for several jobs, both large and small, and he's always proven to be professional, honest, dependable, and eminently qualified. We most recently did a full-basement remodel (from dirt to finished) and Denis was there everyday and coordinated all sub-work and inspections. We added a TV room, full-bath, kids playroom, office nooks, utility room, closets, etc.. and Denis exceeded our expectations. We've recommended Denis to our friends and would not hesitate to use him again for any project. Highly recommend!

DK Modeling has done two projects for us, total kitchen remodeling and complete renovation of a spare room to an office. The three greatest things I have noted is that they start and finish when they say they will, the quality of work is absolute top notch and their price didnt grow with change orders.
